By keeping a food diary  your progress will be monitored weekly,  making any necessary adjustments​ as your body composition and metabolism start to change. Helping you to understand food and the effects it has on your body, with Claire's continual support , your healthy food plan will become an every day part of life rather than a 'diet', ensuring continued success.
